Working Procedure and Strategies:

 Problem identification and need assessment following participatory process in poverty alleviation efforts, human rights, gender equity, and improvement of standard.

 Giving importance to women members in a family as direct beneficiaries with a view to develop their organization following gender development rule for developing gender equity and women empowerment first in the ‘family’ and then in the community.

 Giving importance to adolescents and children in a family to build up their awareness on ‘future life’ and to work for establishing their rights in the society.

 Motivating community people in such a way that they become conscious about hygienic latrine, safe drinking water, tree plantation, ecological balance, homestead vegetable cropping & so on.

 Utilizing the community organizers of different programs force to develop the organized target beneficiaries.

 Disbursement of loan on priority basis among the potential poor group members to generate income. Importance to be given to particularly the neglected, widows divorcees, victims by any sort of violence in the society.

 Imparting training to the proposed trade before providing micro-credit support.
